Women's Circles Ontario

Our organization was founded by a small group of women who wanted to create a place for connection. A place where women can sit in a Circle of other women, as equals, and support each other through the ups and downs of life. Our own lives have been shaped by the power of women connecting with other women, and we want to share that magic with you.

Let's talk.
We are organizing Women's Circles throughout Ontario, inspired by the Woman Within International communities throughout the World. In these communities, Women's Circles are called Empowerment Circles, and they are terrific! We encourage you to visit the www.womanwithin.org site to learn more.

AND we are not directly affiliated with Woman Within International (WWI). As of 2024, Ontario does not have an officially recognized WWI Community. Instead, several women trained by WWI have come together to create our own, beautiful, Ontario Circles. We have also experienced many other modes and forms of Circles. What we know is that anytime women come together, there is tremendous potential for healing. We have decades of lived experience as leaders within WWI and other amazing women's organizations and healing communities. Our purpose is to grow community by connecting other women to discover their own wisdom in Circle.​​

We gather together women, in small groups, and train them in self-leading their own Women's Circles. Circles can take many different styles and formats, including in-person, online and hybrid. What's most important is finding the structure, frequency, format and style that fits the group. Once the Circle is formed, and meeting on their own, we are still here to support, answer questions and assist with growth.
